Vero Beach is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Vero Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Absolutely Outstanding Service! I can’t say enough good things about CarTunz, and especially Tony. I stopped in because I was having a very unusual issue with the display screen in my vehicle. Tony immediately came outside to take a look and spent time trying to figure out what was going on. It wasn’t an obvious problem, and rather than just shrugging his shoulders or trying to sell me something I didn’t need, he asked me to give him a little time to research it. Within about 30 minutes, Tony called me back. He had actually taken the time to investigate the issue, came up with several possible causes, and gave me very helpful guidance on what my next steps should be. Ultimately, it wasn’t something CarTunz was able to repair—and that’s what makes the experience even more impressive. There was absolutely nothing in it for them. Tony still gave me his time, knowledge, research and advice, and wouldn’t charge me a dime. That kind of customer service is incredibly rare these days. Tony could have easily sent me on my way, but instead he genuinely wanted to help me get the problem figured out. If this is how CarTunz treats someone who isn’t even paying them, I can only imagine how

Service was quick and efficient. True professionals. They were able to put the front and rear dash cam in my Miata with ease. Quality of service and price are outstanding.

I bought a 4k dual band dash cam for my 2023 Pacifica. I could have installed it myself but I am not longer flexible enough and certainly could not do a professional looking job. The installation was great with all wires hidden using the hard wire kit supplied with the camera. THey answered all my questions and allowed me to watch. I learned a lot jsut watching, but could never have produced the result they did.

This company deserves more than five stars. They’ve been setting my cars up for almost three decades, and I recently made a mistake by choosing a different shop to get it done sooner. Not only did I end up paying three times the price, but the installation was a complete disaster. Tony and his crew went through everything, found the wiring problems, and installed them correctly. They even built a platform to attach my amps. I was only expecting them to finish one thing when I dropped it off, but I told Tony we’d schedule another appointment for anything they didn’t get done. Not only did they uninstall and reinstall my two amps and subwoofer, but they also installed a new backup camera and interior multicolor lights. Tony is worth the wait; don’t make the mistake I did. Thank you again!!
